OCAP is a private limited company founded in 1975, but the originary single company is now the parent company of a group. In 1994, OCAP has been awarded with the UNI EN ISO 9001, Environmental Certification ISO 14001 and Quality System Certification ISO/TS 16949.
The Italian production units and associated companies are located in
Valperga, Feletto, Busano and Rivara.
OCAP group distributes five different brands: OCAP,Lucky Engineering, MB Technologies, OMRA and PD.
The trend for the year 2001 is leading to a group revenue of more than 40 million euros and a global workforce of about 500 people throughout Europe. The turnover of OCAP is now around 60 million euro. |
Core Business
Originally, the company was founded as a spare manufacturer for steering and suspension parts, but the well-establishing after market brand was then partnered with the OEM engineering and production for the automotive, agricultural and heavy industries.
The product range has been further widened with the launch of a new catalogue for truck and bus applications.
OCAP strategic advantage lies in its ability and expertise to co-operate with customers from the earliest stages of engineering to final assembly, and to offer them a 25 year experience and a world-wide distribution network.
Our production range includes track control arsms, suspension ball joints, tie rod ends, steering rods, silent-blocks, steering boots, repairing kits. In the last decade, OCAP R&D activities have focussed on the engineering of composite material lubricated-for-life joints for high duty applications and aluminium alloys suspension leverages with integrated ball joint.
